The new Residence with major interior as well as exterior changes, which were designed to offer a relaxed open concept on the main level, taking a full advantage of the breathtaking view of the North West Arm also incorporated multi-level exterior deck for outdoor entertainment.
These decks have been set 5′ away from the building to allow natural light into the lower level of the residence. They were also lowered approx. 3 feet to allow clear view of the North West Arm from the interior of the main level of the residence. This carefully thought out idea offers a happy balance of light, view and on-deck space for the residence owners.
